Special Note Regarding Education Event Funding for Prescribers who Submit a Case History - PDG e-News often includes a 'case history' showing how an individual patient has benefited following provision of a PDG product. These examples are an extremely valuable learning tool for patients, prescribers, dealers, and care givers. We are always looking for new and interesting case histories to include in the e-News. To help encourage prescribers and dealer reps to do the work involved in submitting a case history, we offer cash sponsorships that can be used to offset the cost of mobility related education events. A case history submission normally includes the following;
- Discussion of goals and objectives for the client in prescribing their mobility equipment
- Photos and/or video showing before and after mobility characteristics
- Discussion of outcomes achieved in provision of a PDG product
- Photo release signed by authorized person to ensure the case history and photos/video can be published in the e-News
Eligible expenses include PDG contributing toward registration fees, travel and related expenses. To qualify for sponsorship, your case history submission must be acceptable to PDG's case history reviewer and be included in a PDG e-News. Contact PDG for details.
